TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from Easy Nice CO,. (“Easynicelashes,” “we,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

These Terms apply to all customers conducting transactions with Easy Nice.

3. Products and Pricing

We ensure all products meet our quality standards and are produced in accordance with prior agreements. Due to the handmade nature of our items, acceptable defect tolerances are:

  • Loose Fans: ≤7%
  • Strip Fans: ≤3%
  • Semi-Finished Products: ≤7%
  • Classic/Volume Lashes: ≤5%

Defects within these limits are not eligible for complaints, compensation, or returns.

All prices are in USD unless specified. Prices may change to reflect market conditions. Updates apply only to unconfirmed orders.

4. Order Process

Step 1: Consultation
Contact our Sales Team via email support@easynicelashes.com, WhatsApp (+84)978.161.269, or social media. Confirm the provided quotation to finalize your order.

Step 2: Payment
Choose your preferred method from those provided. Production begins once payment is received.

Step 3: Production
We will inform you of the estimated completion time within 3 business days of receiving your deposit.

Step 4: Quality Check & Packaging
Upon production completion, we perform a quality check, then share photos/videos for your review.

Step 5: Final Payment
Remaining balance and shipping fees must be paid before shipment.

Step 6: Shipping
Once fully paid and shipping confirmed, your order will be dispatched with a tracking number.

Step 7: Feedback
After delivery, please check your order and provide feedback.

5. Payment Terms

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, Visa, Amex, and MasterCard. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance plus shipping is due upon completion. Customers cover all bank fees. Orders unpaid after 30 days post-production may be canceled with prior notice.

6. Production

Production starts once orders and payments are confirmed. Estimated timelines are provided within 3 business days. Delays caused by Easy Nice are compensated at 0.5% per day (up to 10% max), excluding packaging or labeling costs.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Policy: Orders are shipped upon full payment. Tracking details are shared post-dispatch.
Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, and seaway options available.
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days typically.

Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, shipments follow EXW (Ex Works, Incoterms 2020). Buyers bear all transportation costs and risks from our warehouse onward.

Complaints: We are not liable for loss/damage during transit. Customers should purchase cargo insurance. If the shipping provider confirms a loss, we will remake 50% of items; the customer covers the rest and all fees.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit is received, cancellations are not allowed. Contact your Sales Agent within 24 hours for order adjustments. New products require a new order. Discounts are order-specific.

9. Warranty Policy

Coverage: Curl or glue tape issues.
Period: 6 months from order completion.

Steps:

  1. Report issue with evidence.
  2. We respond within 3 business days.
  3. Defective items must be destroyed with video proof.
  4. We refund or replace products accordingly.

10. Product Complaint Policy

Eligible Cases:

  • Incorrect items (e.g., color, length, label)
  • Missing items
  • Visible defects (e.g., crushed fans, broken boxes)

Procedure: Complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery, with clear evidence. Easy Nice will review and provide a solution within 3 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Complaints after 7 days
  • Used or altered products
  • No valid evidence
  • Customer misuse
  • Defects within tolerance limits
  • Returns due to changed preferences

11. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Subjective dissatisfaction
  • Used or damaged products

Recommendation: Order samples before bulk purchases. Consult our team for advice.

12. Confidentiality and Data Usage

Customer information is securely stored and only used for business. No sharing without consent.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs and content are protected. OEM clients must approve any reuse. Customers must ensure legality of designs submitted.

14. Force Majeure

Easy Nice is not liable for delays beyond control, such as natural disasters, war, or shipping disruptions.

15. Changes to Terms

Easy Nice Lashes may revise terms. Changes will be communicated and available upon request.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved via negotiation or arbitration in Vietnam.
