We can ship to most countries worldwide, except for areas experiencing war, restricted zones, or political instability. Some of the countries we frequently ship to include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Serbia, Russia, Japan, and more.

We typically use leading international shipping carriers such as DHL or FedEx. All goods are transported by air, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Typically, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to ship products from Vietnam to you, except in special cases, which we will notify you about in advance. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

The time to complete an order depends on the quantity and type of products you order. Typically, it takes about one week or slightly longer to process an order of approximately 200 trays. We will regularly update you on the progress of your order.

Small Orders and Sample Orders (Under $1,000)

  • Full Payment Required Upfront: Customers must pay 100% of the order amount, including:

    • Product cost

    • Shipping fees

    • Any applicable transaction fees (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer fees)

Large Orders ($1,000 and Above)

  • Initial Deposit: A minimum of 50% of the total order amount (including shipping and transaction fees) is required in advance.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon order completion and receipt of the tracking number.
