How to Use:

• For optimal results, apply the foam using a brush or cotton pad (cotton pad recommended only if you’re not wearing extensions).

• Allow the foam to soak for 30 seconds.

• Gently cleanse the eye area, removing all makeup—including waterproof mascara.

• Rinse thoroughly with water.
