At Easy Nice Lashes, our customers are our top priority. We understand the frustration of delayed deliveries, which is why we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for our eyelash products. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Saver Service: Delivery in 5-7 business days.

• Expedited Service: Delivery in 10 business days.

Shipping Methods:

• Express Shipping: Ideal for most orders, using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your preferred logistics provider.

• Sea Freight: Available for larger orders to optimize costs.

Order and Shipping Process

1. Order Verification: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately.

2. Production Completion: We will notify you of the final shipping cost upon completion of your order.

3. Shipment: Goods are dispatched as soon as the shipping payment is received. You can select your preferred carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or others).

4. Tracking: We monitor every order from placement to delivery and provide a tracking number once the package is handed over to the courier.

Important Information

• Customs Duties and Taxes: As our products are shipped internationally from Vietnam, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon or before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country’s Customs Authority and depend on factors such as:

  • Country of origin

  • Local VAT rates

  • Import taxes Note: These fees are beyond EasyNiceLash’s control, and recipients are responsible for payment.

• Delivery Challenges: While we ensure a seamless process on our end, delays, damaged packages, or lost shipments may occur due to weather, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Common reasons for failed deliveries include:

  • Refusal of shipment by the recipient or location

  • Difficulty locating the delivery address after multiple attempts

  • Returns by international customs

If you encounter any issues, our dedicated support team is here to assist and ensure a smooth resolution.

Failed Deliveries

• Contact Attempts: For Saver or Expedited shipping, carriers will attempt to contact you using the provided phone number and may hold the package for a few days.

• Undeliverable Packages: If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to Easy Nice Lashes, and a refund will be processed upon receipt. Note that refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries until the package is returned to us.
