1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Sample Policy
Eyelash Extensions

Minimum order: 50 trays, with quantities in multiples of 4 (e.g., 4, 8, 12, etc.) per item.

Sample orders: Up to 4 trays allowed.

Sample costs are based on the most recent catalog, plus shipping fees.
Adhesives & Liquids

Minimum order: 50 pieces, with quantities in multiples of 10 per SKU.

Sample fees are based on the current catalog pricing, plus shipping fees.

2. Discount Policy
We offer volume-based discounts – the more you order, the more you save.
Please contact your account manager for detailed discount tiers.
Note: Discounts do not apply to orders containing trays with 6, 8, 12, or 14 lines.
3. Lead Time

In-stock items: Processed within 3 working days after full payment.

Out-of-stock items: Processed within 14 working days after full payment.
Please note that lead times may vary depending on production capacity. Your account manager will inform you promptly of any changes.
4. Payment Terms

Full payment (100%) is required before order processing.
5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer door-to-door international shipping.

Long-term partnerships with UPS and DHL allow us to provide highly competitive shipping rates.
