Introducing the 6D Small Tray Promade Lash Fans, 12-Line Lash Tray for Effortless Volume
If you’re a lash tech looking to scale your game, the small tray 6D promade is your new must-have. This product combines premium quality, time-saving convenience, and wholesale pricing so you can deliver killer volume sets without the headache of crafting fans yourself.
What Is a Small Tray 6D Promade Fan?
The term small tray 6D promade refers to a compact lash tray containing pre-made (or “promade”) volume fans, each with 6 lash extensions per fan. These fans are already fanned out for you, so you just pick, dip, and apply – no need to manually fan them. A single tray features 12 lines of fans, making it compact yet loaded.

These promade fans are built with attention to detail – a thin, clean base, symmetrical spread, and optimal glue bond – designed for stable adhesion and minimal waste. Promade fans are similar in look and feel to handmade volume fans, but save you a ton of time in application.
Key Specifications & Options
Here are the specs you can expect from the small tray 6D promade:
| Feature | Detail |
|---|---|
| Lines per tray | 12 lines |
| Curl options | J, B, C, CC, D, DD, L, M |
| Length range | 8 mm up to 17 mm |
| Thickness / Diameter | 0.07 mm |
| Material | High-quality Korean PBT fiber (soft, matte black finish) |
| Tray material | Durable plastic (with option for custom logo) |
| Base style | Thin/pointy / low-glue base for seamless blend |
Because the base is thin and clean, the fans hug the natural lash better, giving a more seamless, natural finish. Many versions in the market use Korean PBT for softness and flexibility.
Advantages of the Small Tray Format
Compact & organized: The 12-line format keeps your lash station tidy and easy to access. You don’t have to carry giant trays or bulk boxes.
Faster application time: Since fans are pre-made, you save dozens of minutes per client. Pre-made fans are popular exactly because they reduce lashing time.
Consistent quality: Every fan is spaced evenly, has symmetrical branches, and the glue bonding is minimal but sufficient, much like a hand-fanned volume lash.
Versatility in styling: With curls from J to DD and lengths from 8 mm to 17 mm, you can mix & match for classic, hybrid, dramatic, or soft looks.
Custom branding: The plastic tray can be custom-printed with your logo, so you can brand your tools even when you wholesale.
Wholesale/bulk advantage: You can buy the small tray 6D promade fans in bulk at a lower cost, then mark up or use freely in your services.

Who Is This For?
Lash techs who want to scale up: If you have many clients per day, Promade fans let you work faster without compromising volume.
Beginners or intermediate techs: They reduce the difficulty of creating perfect fans manually.
Salons & lash studios: You can stock multiple curl/length variants in small trays without clutter.
Resellers/wholesalers: Because the trays are compact and customizable, they’re ideal for resale under your own brand.
Application Tips for Best Retention
Always pick the fan from the very base, not the middle, to avoid deforming it.
Dip the base lightly in adhesive – enough to bond but not so much that it globs.
Use the wrapping technique (slightly wrap the fan around the natural lash) to increase contact surface and retention. Many promade fans are designed with thin bases to suit wrap-around style. Easy Nice’s 6D Camellia Promade Fans
Match the curl and length to your client’s natural lashes for a smoother blend.
Store the tray in a clean, dry environment; don’t expose it to dust or humidity.
